By accessing and using NotifyWhenEvent, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

NotifyWhenEvent is an API response monitoring and automation service that allows you to:

• Monitor REST APIs and HTTP endpoints on a schedule and process JSON or other response data
• Receive inbound webhooks and process payloads with visual workflows
• Detect changes using stored state between runs
• Trigger Telegram notifications and outbound API calls when your conditions are met

User Responsibilities

• Legal Use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Respectful Use: You will not use the service to monitor APIs or data you do not have permission to access.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to monitor content or APIs without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Service Limitations

• Beta Service: NotifyWhenEvent is currently in beta. The service may have limitations and occasional downtime.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee 100% uptime or immediate notification delivery.
• Rate Limits: We may implement rate limits to ensure fair usage and service stability.

Free Beta Access

During the beta period, we offer free access with limits that may change. Current Free plan limits include:

• Up to 3 monitored resources
• Up to 6 handlers
• Up to 2 notification channels
• Up to 2 webhook sources
• Up to 64 KB per webhook payload
• 10 requests / 60s per webhook
• Basic support via email

Telegram is the primary alert channel. Pricing and limits may change during beta.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your Rights: You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.
• By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
