About NotifyWhenEvent
A personal API monitoring tool that grew into something bigger.
The Beginning
Built for personal use
NotifyWhenEvent started as a personal project. Like many developers, I needed a reliable way to monitor API responses and webhook payloads for meaningful data changes—then notify or call another API without maintaining another polling script.
Existing solutions were either too complex, too expensive, or did not fit that workflow. I created this tool to poll endpoints, process JSON, keep state between runs, and get Telegram alerts when something important changed.
The Evolution
From personal to shared
As I used the tool more, I realized it could help other developers and teams who care about values inside API responses—not only whether an endpoint is up.
What started as a personal utility grew into something others could use. The core philosophy stayed the same: keep it simple, make it reliable, and focus on what actually matters.
The Mission
Simple, effective, shared
NotifyWhenEvent is available as a free beta so others can benefit from the same monitoring capabilities I built for myself.
It is not another complex enterprise observability suite—it is a straightforward way to monitor API and JSON responses, process them in visual workflows, and trigger actions without the cost and overhead of heavy platforms.
What we believe in
Simplicity
Complex tools solve complex problems. Simple tools solve real problems.
Reliability
When you need to know about changes, you need to know for sure.
Accessibility
Useful automation should be reachable without an enterprise budget.
Ready to try it?
NotifyWhenEvent is currently free to use with generous limits. No credit card required—connect a source, build a workflow, and start acting on API data that matters.
